I would say a lot of people have had bad experiences with realtors, I have in the past. Tim went above and beyond, I started looking in Feb. I had a place under contract and my buyers for the old house fell thru, it was a nightmare. I ended up selling the old house in April, and I went 3 months before I found my house. We looked at numerous places, so many I lost count and after placing multiple offers on different houses, each fell thru. Tim’s optimism and enthusiasm kept me pushing forward.
